Softlogic Holdings PLC completed the transfer of all retail operations into one core vertical under Softlogic Retail Holdings (Pvt) under the restructure plan announced over two years ago.
“Softlogic Retail Holdings (Private) Limited is a fully owned subsidiary of Softlogic Holdings PLC and was incorporated on 9th day of March 2018 for the purpose of consolidating all retail operations of Softlogic Group under one arm and thereby creating the synergy and dynamism to support Softlogic Group’s expansion in the retail sector,” Softlogic said.
Today, Ashok Pathirage-controlled Softlogic Group transferred 00% ownership held by Softlogic Holdings PLC in Softlogic Supermarkets (Pvt) Ltd to Softlogic Retail Holdings (Pvt) Ltd for a total consideration of Rs 508 million and 100% ownership h in Softlogic Restaurants (Pvt) Ltd to Softlogic Retail Holdings (Pvt) Ltd for a total consideration of Rs 1.17 billion.
The stated capital of Softlogic Retail Holdings rose to Rs 7.95 billion represented by 794,889,302 Ordinary Shares.
