Sri Lanka’s Exterminators become the first-ever pest control firm to be listed on a stock exchange in South Asia & developing world

Exterminators Limited created history yesterday, becoming the first-ever pest control firm to be listed on a stock exchange in South Asia & the developing and emerging world, the company announced.

Exterminators were listed on the Empower Board of Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) on Wednesday following the oversubscription of its IPO offering. The Company offered 20 percent or 10 million ordinary voting shares, priced at Rs.6 per piece, in a bid to raise Rs.60 million.

The Company plans to move into the Main Board of the CSE by 2025.

The share price of Exterminators was down to Rs.5.20 today from Rs.6 IPO price.
